The following terms and conditions apply to your use of this website, placing orders, competitions, and discounts. You agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions while using this website.
Letterbox has complete copyright overall material and images on the site. Unless otherwise specified, all photos and other contents you find on the website are copyrighted to Letterbox. Please view the credit to the author.
The colours of our items are as true to life as the photo and manufacturing process allow. Flowers are natural products. Therefore, colour and shape variations will occur among each flower.
All issues connected to any deal for the purchase or offer on our website will be interpreted and governed per English statute and the courts of England will have jurisdiction over all such matters.
When ordering, you consent to accept all communications sent by Letterbox. You may also give your recipient dispatch notifications if you leave their information after making a payment. This notification may be unsubscribed from through any of the communications you obtain or by reaching out to our customer service team if you do not wish to receive it.
We reserve the right to alter any or all of the contents or packaging at our discretion to provide a product with equivalent or greater value. All items are subject to availability. To extend the life of your products, they may be delivered in bud.
Because the flowers have been treated with concentrated pesticides, they are potentially harmful if ingested or may produce irritation of the skin. Kindly reach out to us for more information before placing an order.
To preserve the bloom during transit, we deliver our roses with the guard petals intact. If you see any discoloured outer guard petals upon receipt, kindly remove them.
Note that many lilies are toxic to animals like cats. Therefore, they need to be handled with caution. Some toxic species include the Tiger Lily (Lilium Tigrinum), The Easter Lily (Lilium Longiflorum), the Japanese Show Lily (Lilium Lancifolium), and Rubrum Lily (Lilium Speciosum).
We apply a standard flower delivery charge to your order for deliveries within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated, with tracked and same-day delivery costs varying for each product.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
If you place an order with us, you must provide us with all of the recipient's relevant information, including full delivery information. You verify that you are over the age of 16 by placing an order with us.
Only if you provide us with complete payment information will your purchase be processed.
If you provide an email address, we will acknowledge your order by email to confirm the correctness of the details that you provided on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be given an order reference number for any future communication. The goods will be allocated to your order upon acceptance.
The payment methods stated on the Flowers Payment page will be used and will be charged when you submit your order. If a credit or debit card used to pay is refused by the card issuer, we will make every effort to contact you via the phone number provided at the time of ordering for another type of payment method. If we are unable to contact you and a different payment method is not supplied, the purchase will be cancelled.
On the date you place your order, you will be charged the current price for purchasing items from our website. All prices are shown on our website and include Value Added Tax. We make every effort to ensure that pricing is correctly shown, however occasionally a system failure might result in an error. If this happens or changes in the VAT rates occur, we will amend the price and ask you whether you want us to proceed with your order.
You authorise Letterbox and its service providers to charge your credit card or any payment method that you used for the sums and at the times indicated in our service or at around those times (to cover holidays and unexpected events) until the subscription term ends, or indefinitely if you choose to purchase an ongoing subscription.
We will cease to continue supplying bouquets or renew your subscription if your credit card is declined, expires, or otherwise fails for any reason. We may, but are not required to, reach out to you to inform you of the problem.
We have the right to change prices for any of our subscription offers at any time and in any manner, at our complete discretion.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us with a detailed reason for the termination.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Changes to the delivery date are permitted up to 48 hours before the delivery date. However, orders are accepted up to 4 days ahead of time. Therefore, changes may not be possible in this period.
Due to the perishability of many items, you must make any complaint within two working days after receiving your goods.
For your floral, plant, or associated goods, we guarantee that they are delivered within seven days of purchase. If any flowers arrive dead, wilt, or deteriorate within seven days of delivery, kindly use our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Only faulty flowers and plants may be returned. Your legal rights are not affected.
Since the items that we sell may perish, unwanted goods may not be returned. This does not affect your legal rights. Replacement and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will make our decision based on that. If a product is found to be damaged or defective, it may be returned. However, any complaint regarding this must be made within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us before returning anything so that we can assist you with the procedure.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
For most items that you order from Letterbox, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days after you receive the item. This does not, however, apply to any goods we've produced, personalised or customised especially for you. The same rule applies to perishable products.
If you order flowers or plants on the internet, you must place your order at least 48 hours before the delivery date. For orders that are placed or cancelled on weekends and Bank Holidays, they will be seen as they are received by us on the following business day. Flowers are not refundable for pragmatic reasons.
Because of their nature, our products may be subject to availability. We will replace the items or packaging with those of comparable quality and value in the event of supply scarcity.
Due to the personalised nature of the goods, cancellations may only be possible before production. We will do everything we can to cancel your order if this is possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been customised.
CANCELLATIONS BY US
If we do not have enough goods in-store to fulfil your purchase or there are typing errors in the price and/or description of the items, our suppliers' pricing information, or other causes outside our control, we may cancel the order or the contract that are binding us.
If you cancel your contract, you will be notified via email, and we will process a refund for the money you paid through the credit card or debit card that you used. We shall not be required to compensate you for any loss or disappointment incurred as a result of our breach of the terms.
Our customer service department will be delighted to assist you. You may contact us through our Contact Us page if you have a problem or if you need additional information about anything you have purchased from us.
